Tiger Lily Press (TLP) is a non-profit, all volunteer-run printmaking studio located in the Dunham Recreation Center in West Price Hill. Its mission is to produce, preserve and promote the art of printmaking in the Cincinnati area. The studio maintains press facilities for etching, non-traditional lithography, letterpress, and screen printing. Established in 1978, Tiger Lily Press provides the community with “a place to print” for emerging and professional artists. For more information about TLP go to www.tigerlilypress.org / IG@tigerlilypress
The title of the exhibition refers to the printmaking term “artist’s proof (A.P.)” which is an impression of a
print taken in the printmaking process to see the current printing state of a plate while the plate is being
worked on by the artist.
