Instructor: Nicci Mechler

During the first session, we’ll use hand pressure (no press!),  acrylic paints, and gelli plates to make colorful, intuitive monoprints and papers. This is an ideal process for experimentation and building a body of custom collage material, chine-collé papers, art journal pages and finished prints. The second day will be devoted to learning simple stitching, and creating a variety of handbound art journals using your monoprints and printed papers.
