The Studio has Re-opened!

The Print Studio is now open for Tiger Lily Press Members (as of August 29, 2020)!

The print studio was closed in March due to pandemic. The studio is housed on the Cincinnati Recreation Commission’s Dunham Recreation complex and city buildings were closed. After closely monitoring the situation and reviewing re-opening protocols developed by the TLP Board of Directors, the City allowed the Tiger Lily Press print studio to open.

Members only will have access to the studio for the time being. To become a Member, go to the Membership page here. Memberships purchased in 2020 are good all the way through the 2021 calendar year.

There will be a limit to the number of people in the studio at one time — two in each studio (print and etching). Masks are required if others are in the studio. Members must reserve a time slot in advance via an online scheduling system. No casual visitors allowed at this time. Members need to sanitize presses and work area after printing. Detailed instructions are available on site.

Members need to sign a waiver (available in studio) before coming back to work in the studio. During the week, Members must check in at the front desk at Dunham and to have their temperature taken. On the weekends, Members may go directly to the print shop from 1 to 6 pm. Monitors will be present.

Fall classes have been cancelled and fees refunded. There are no plans to offer classes in the immediate future but the Board is considering one-on-one classes and virtual classes or workshops.

Pressing On, the annual TLP Members show, is scheduled for February, 2021, at Caza Sikes Gallery in Oakley, Cincinnati, OH. More details to come.

The Tiger Lily Press Biennial Print Calendar is in production and will be available in late 2021. The calendar will be for the year 2022.
