TLP Annual Sale Set for Nov. 10, 2018


Tiger Lily Press, a non-profit fine art printmaking studio, invites the community to its annual sale November 10, 2018, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.  The sale will take place in a new location: the auditorium of NorthChurch, 4222 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, 45223,  in Northside.

The sale will feature work by regional printmakers. Original etchings, screen prints, woodblocks, collagraphs, monoprints, letterpress, lithographs, and linocuts will be available, framed and unframed. All prints are limited edition, hand-made prints created by the exhibiting artists, not mass-produced copies. Prints, cards, artistsโ€™ books, journals, fine arts papers, fabric items, and other unique items will be available for purchase. The artists will be on site to discuss their work and printmaking processes.

The 2019 Tiger Lily Press Fundraiser Calendar will be available for purchase at the sale. The biennial limited edition (150) calendar features prints in a range of techniques (screenprint, linocut, woodcut, unique papers) and are suitable for framing. Artists donating their time and talents to this project include Joe Bohache, Fred Daniell, Rick Finn, Jay Harriman, Nicci Mechler, Hannah Peacock, Kathleen Piercefield, Margaret Rhein, Jonpaul Smith, Nancy Turner, Mary Woodworth, Carole Winters, plus Susan Naylor for cover page, credits, and project coordination. The calendars are $50.00 each with all proceeds benefiting Tiger Lily Press.
