The Ohio Arts Council’s Riffe Gallery will present
The I of the TEXT from May 6 – July 11, 2010.
Curated by Liz Maugans, the exhibition features
the work of 16 Ohio artists who use words
as the driving force to create an experience around
the myriad associations and meanings of text.
The artists focus on the ways that the meaning of text
and our interaction with it are transformed by
current events, technology, socioeconomic status and race.
